From the first phone call I instantly felt that this was the place to take my loved one. This is the best service you will ever have for your loved one. They take you through every detail & always make sure that no detail is left out they check & recheck & contact you lots. I was making this arrangement from overseas but the vibes I recieved from just the phone calls alone I knew that my brother was in good caring h&s. I love that they work hours to suit your individual needs. What to say about Alison & Lee they are both very devoted to their profession & care about you as an individual. They treat you like you are a part of their family. They explain the different types of services they offer & they arrange a meeting with the person doing the service & the people that they choose for the service are just as kind & caring as they are. We had a lady named Jackie & she went through the service & if we even wanted a word changed she would of changed it this is so considerate. She even gave us copies of the service.
